"At the intersection of movement and stillness, we find ourselves."

I have always been a mover. I grew up dancing in Philadelphia, earned my BFA in Dance from Fordham University/ The Ailey School, and performed professionally across the US and abroad. My international outreach work through dance showed me how movement can foster deep connection, bridging barriers like language and culture. This understanding had a profound impact on me and continues to inform me today.

Like many, I found yoga while recovering from an injury. What began as another form of movement soon helped me to connect inward. As my physical healing progressed, I noticed meaningful changes in my emotional and mental well-being. I felt grounded, mindful, and more present. And, much to this mover's surprise, I grew to love the stillness and spaciousness this practice offers.

I was deeply inspired to share this wealth of benefits with others. I completed my 200-hour training at Yoga Vida in 2017, followed by a five-month mentorship, and additional advanced trainings including Restorative Yoga, Iyengar Fundamentals, Trauma Sensitivity, and Advanced Sequencing. In 2024, I became certified by Threes Physiyoga, a method integrating physical therapy principles into yoga. In a full circle way, I now help others ease pain, navigate injuries, and feel more at home in themselves.

For nearly a decade, I've taught at top New York City studios, built a dedicated community of private, group, and corporate clients, led retreats worldwide, guest taught internationally, and mentored emerging teachers. My classes weave together my deep understanding of anatomy, love for creative movement, and belief in restorative stillness. My intention is always to offer a welcoming and supportive environment where students can connect inward with curiosity, clarity, and compassion.

I invite you to explore my offerings, inquire about scheduling a private session, or reach out and let me know how I can support you. I look forward to practicing together!
